Why can't they call and let you know they are going to be late. It's just common courtesy. Seriously folks if you don't call and let me know you are going to be late then I'm gonna think "I'm sorry I forgot that you're time was more precious then mine. You're more important." I don't want to think that but that thought will pop into my head.
